I've used many different tools in the past, to manage software projects, both small and big, and I feel that they all lack essentials features or are extremely bloated.
Linear is completely opposite!
I've used Linear for 7 months, and my teams productivity have been improved so much since we started using Linear.
I'm also using Linear for personal projects, which is also a perfect fit.
Been testing if for the past 4 weeks, love it so far!

I really like the application but I lack an option to publish a project and that users can report errors

I use Jira with my team, but wanted to give it a try on my own to see what Linear has to offer. I don't think we could switch with it because Jira goes further on some topics, but I really enjoyed the try, and will remember.
Definitely the tool for powerusers.
Simple product that doesn't require so much learning to use. Designed with great empathy and thoughtfulness towards the user.

My team was somewhat of an early adopter of Linear, we started using it when it was still in a closed beta back in December 2019. Definitely a great fit for small teams who run task-heavy feature backlogs.
There are many things to like, we love the super clean/intuitive interface, awesome keyboard shortcuts, Github and Slack integrations.
The one thing we've found frustrating is how often bugs creep into new releases. We've encountered bugs that partially or fully disrupted our ability to use their web app three times in the last two months.
While the team has been quick to respond/resolve, just know that you'll be using a tool that is in general less stable than Jira, Clubhouse and the like.
So far the trade-off between a more lightweight/faster tool and stability has been worth it for us, so if you're looking to keep issue-tracking simple and productive and don't mind running into an occassional bug, then give Linear a try.

We've been using linear at for months now, the simple UI, quick response, and keyboard shortcuts are awesome. We often take inspiration from linear in our product design.
