Hey everyone, I'm Dan 👋 I'm a Soldier turned SRE turned Engineering Manager and finally Developer Advocate after I realised my true passion is helping entry level people learn the skills they need to succeed. When I left the Army 7 years ago I was fortunate to be given an entry level opportunity in 1st line customer support, without this initial step I wouldn't be where I am today. I've spent quite a while create Lillypad and while it only has a few jobs on there currently, this is because everything is 100% human, I'm not confident that AI can truly distinguish whether or not a role is entry-level friendly and the last thing I want to do is dishearten anyone currently applying for role. Whether you're a graduate product designer, a self taught software engineer or someone career switch into Business Development, I want Lillypad to be the platform that you find those opportunities.
