Does a 20-item To-Do list actually work for anyone?(Seeking advice)
Hi Product Hunt community! 👋
I’ve been struggling with something and I suspect I’m not alone. Every morning, I write down 15-20 tasks. Every evening, I feel like a failure because I only finished 3.
I realized my problem isn’t a lack of motivation—it’s Time Blindness. A list doesn't tell me when I'll do the work or if I even have enough hours in the day.
I’m currently building LifeBlocks, a tool that merges the calendar with a task manager and an app blocker to force me (and hopefully others) to be more realistic about our time.
I’d love to hear from you:
How do you deal with the "Endless To-Do List" anxiety?
Do you prefer a simple list, or do you actually block out time on your calendar?
If you use a time-blocking app, what's the one thing that always frustrates you about it?
I’m refining the final features before our launch next Sunday, and your insights would mean the world to me. I’d love to incorporate your feedback into the build!
