LessonOrca - Intelligence infrastructure for personalized learning

What inspired this? A student learns one thing at school, something different at home, and works on something else entirely during tutoring. He gets an F. Nobody captures the full picture, so nobody knows how to help. We lived this problem firsthand. Abhiraam tutored 35+ students in high school in Algebra, Geometry, and Java. My co-founder Waleed actually ran his own tutoring business with 5 tutors and 30+ students. We both knew the same frustration: every session started from scratch. No memory of what clicked last week, no visibility into what the student did at home, no easy way to tell parents what was actually going on. Just a tutor doing their best with half the picture. What we're building: LessonOrca builds a persistent model of how each student thinks and learns. We take in raw interactions like session transcripts, homework, chats, and grades, and construct a profile that compounds with every interaction. Right now that profile powers automated lesson plans, homework assignments, and parent reports for tutoring centers, saving tutors 10+ hours a week. But the profile is the actual product. How our approach evolved: We started thinking we were building a workflow tool. The more centers we talked to, the clearer it became: the real unlock is the student model itself.
