Do company tags actually help during LeetCode practice?

I’m curious how other developers approach LeetCode practice.

Do company-wise tags influence the problems you choose to solve, or do you prefer practicing without knowing which companies asked them?

For students preparing for interviews, do you see company insights as a confidence boost, or as something that can bias preparation?
