@youssef_abdelwahed You're absolutely right—managing time-off requests shouldn't be a headache. The reliance on outdated tools like spreadsheets or endless email threads creates unnecessary friction, confusion, and wasted time.
Syncing with Google Calendar is ‼️for me. Slack can have too many notifications sometimes so being able to navigate to my Google Calendar to see this info is the icing on the cake for me.
@lienchueh yeah, totally get you! I personally like seeing everything on the calendar. You might also like that you can add close teammates to your circle—then you’ll always see when they’re on leave or back right from the app’s homepage.

Interesting, but youssef, we are already using some tool for managing this rather than using new tool are you considering on offering connecting to other tools or integrating somehow

Love this! Time-off management is one of those everyday workflows that should be easy, but often becomes a time-sink for both employees and managers.
Leavoo looks like it nails the sweet spot — simple, fast, and right inside Slack where teams already live. No more “just ping me your dates” chaos or digging through spreadsheets to see who’s away. The Google Calendar sync and custom leave types are especially thoughtful touches.
