The idea for Lazy Bear was born out of a very real issue. Maybe many of you all can relate - sitting at the computer all day every day and on the phone when not at the computer. Years of stiff neck, muscles, and limited mobility affected me, but not enough to make a change. My body was sending me signals, but I was ignoring them. However, this year, I decided to make a change, and Lazy Bear was born. There are a lot of workout apps out there, but not many focus on starting not just from scratch, but from a sedentary lifestyle. We wanted to change that and create a simple app to help people get fit and healthy. We plan to add more as we go, but our core focus will always be helping people get from 0 to 1!

Hi Paul, I love this idea as a someone who developed quite a strong rejectment for the fitness apps as I am always feeling like I need to run marathons in order to feel good. I would kindly suggest just maybe also add a visuals of how the right movement should like :-) I know that many people want to exercise and they do, unfortunately they do not know how to do the movement right and they might possibly even hurt themselves in the future. Just a little thought. Otherwise, great idea! I hope you a great success :-)

@tereza_stejskal That's exactly it! Short bursts of doing anything is better than nothing :) But yes we definitely thought about and want to add visuals for the exercises. Should be coming soon when we can film some videos. Safety is definitely very important!
