What tells you a business is actually worth approaching as a sales prospect?
While building LAIGEND, I kept running into a problem that seems to happen after most lead-generation tools have already done their job.
Finding businesses isn't particularly difficult.
The harder questions are:
• Is this business actually worth approaching?
• What does it appear to need?
• Which service should I offer first?
• Is there enough evidence to justify reaching out at all?
For example, a business without a website might look like an obvious website opportunity, but that alone doesn't necessarily make it a good prospect.
"That thinking eventually led me to build LAIGEND around multiple opportunity areas rather than a simple “lead found” result: website, messaging/WhatsApp automation, AI receptionist/voice agent, and CRM/lead follow-up."
We're launching LAIGEND here tomorrow, and I'd genuinely like to learn how other freelancers, agencies and sales professionals make this decision today.
When you discover a new business prospect, what signals make you think:
“This one is actually worth approaching”?
