Hey PH! I've been running local LLMs for a while and I love the privacy and control. But every time I wanted to build something more complex than a single prompt, I ended up writing messy glue code to chain things together. Copy paste between terminal windows, json parsing, all that fun stuff. At some point I thought: why not just make a node editor for this? Like ComfyUI but for text and LLM pipelines. That's LaciaFlow. You drag nodes onto a canvas, connect them, and build AI workflows visually. Text generation, conditionals, loops, API calls, data transforms. Works with your local models out of the box, and you can optionally connect cloud APIs when you need them. No telemetry, no subscriptions, no account required. Just download and go. This is a solo project and my first launch here, so honest feedback means a lot. What feature would make this actually useful for your day to day?
