Hey Product Hunt! I'm Lorenz, a DJ from Munich. I built KRATEO DJ because I kept blanking on my own track names during sets and realized there was no real way to practice this. No app, no tool, nothing. So I built one. Import your Rekordbox library and train with your own tracks. Hear a snippet and identify it or match track names to cover art. For the vinyl lovers there is a mode where two tracks are playing at different speeds and you have to determine which is running faster. All offline, all free, no account needed. Would love feedback regardless of if you are a DJ or not. And yes, I know Product Hunt is not exactly the typical DJ crowd but maybe some of you spin on weekends. 😄

KRATEO DJ also has a hidden gem built in called KRATEO Pulse. It is a live crowd mood tracking tool where your audience votes anonymously and you see the energy in real time. Built for DJs but honestly works for anyone on a stage, speakers, teachers, hosts. Would love to hear if anyone finds a use case for it beyond DJing.
