I created Kraft : An execution studio that turns a single outcome into a full business architecture in 60 seconds. I built the first version of Kraft in just 4 days. I wanted to stop the "AI context drift" and build a Harness that keeps Strategy, Brand, and Code locked to the same goal. But a startup without a strategic spine won't go far, right?
