Hey PH Fam! Welcome to Kosmos! Kosmos is a global networking platform enabling entrepreneurs and professionals to connect, discover, and build with peers across the world. After navigating through startup networking through platforms like YC, Reddit, and LinkedIn I felt like I needed a more efficient platform with deliberative objectives. Living in the Bay Area can feel like a bubble at times and I've found that my most interesting conversations came from connections with people overseas. Kosmos is an online hub for people to connect, discover helpful products and tools, and engage in meaningful conversations. Having spent several periods of my life overseas I've always had an interest in building products in a foreign market but barriers to entry are high if you don't actually live in that place. I found it hard to find people to connect with that could teach me about the markets, trends, and behaviors in their area. The few people I did find were eager to share their insights and experiences. Our world and perspective can be significantly impacted by the people we connect with.
