Hey PH! I built Koros Fitness to make daily tracking dead simple: start a workout, see live stats, and sync with Apple Health without friction. The problem I kept hitting: most fitness apps either feel bloated or make you tap forever just to start. So I focused on speed and clarity:
Guided workouts (home & gym) and run/walk plans
Active workout tracker with timers/sets/rest and completion stats
Progress dashboard: calories, steps, active minutes, weight trends
Apple Health sync (read: steps/energy/exercise time; write: workouts/weight)
iPhone and iPad layouts built and tested (iPad isn’t an afterthought)
I’d love feedback on:
1) The active workout flow (is it fast and clear?),
2) Progress dashboard (helpful or noisy?),
3) Iphone experience.
