Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Aaron, the creator of Konvaye. This project started from a frustration I kept seeing across teams — meetings everywhere, but the actual planning, decisions, and follow-up work scattered across different tools. So we built Konvaye as a shared operational workspace, not just a meeting tool. Inside one environment teams can: • run voice/video meetings • collaborate on whiteboards • edit shared documents • run retrospectives and track decisions • chat and coordinate asynchronously We’ve also been experimenting with AI agents that observe discussions and help generate summaries, action items, and operational timelines. Another key piece: Konvaye can be self-hosted and air-gapped, which makes it useful for teams that can’t rely on SaaS platforms — including defense, emergency response, and secure environments.
