I built Knok because I got tired of live chat tools becoming bloated CRMs full of AI features, automation builders, and a price tag to match.

One thing I feel particularly strongly about is widget branding.
I’ve always found it strange that many chat tools effectively turn your website into an ad for their product unless you pay for one of the highest plans.
