Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built KlipFlow after getting frustrated with how expensive AI clipping tools become for long-form videos like podcasts, streams, and interviews. Most tools worked well for short uploads, but once videos became 1–3 hours long, pricing and processing time became painful. So I started building my own workflow using: * Python for highlight detection * speaker cropping + layout detection pipelines * FFmpeg rendering * scalable AWS EC2 workers for processing One feature I’m especially excited about is the completely free AI highlight detector. You can upload a long video, get AI-generated highlight suggestions, tweak them manually if needed, then export clips directly in-browser. The goal wasn’t to replace editors entirely; it was to remove the most repetitive parts of the workflow while still giving creators manual control.
