Quick version: register a keyword once ("Piano", "Dentist", "Standup") and every calendar event containing it becomes a real alarm that rings through Silent mode and Focus until you stop it. Before launch I'd love to hear: which events do you keep missing, and how many minutes ahead would you want the alarm? Right now you can set several lead times per keyword (30 min to get ready, 5 min to leave). If there's a pattern I haven't thought of, tell me and I'll build it.
