Kepthouse — Your home, organised - Track tasks, warranties, vehicles, pets and more in one app

by
Most home maintenance apps just track tasks. Kepthouse tracks everything — tasks, warranties, subscriptions, vehicles (MOT, tax, insurance), pets (vet, vaccinations), properties (EPC, gas safety), projects with budgets, and service contacts with star ratings. Calendar view shows your whole schedule colour-coded. OCR scanning auto-fills details from receipts. Import events from Google Calendar or ICS files. Built by a solo dev with 40+ beta testers. Free, no sign-up. Android only.

Hey everyone! I'm Mark, the solo developer behind Kepthouse. I built this because I moved house and within six months I'd missed a boiler service, let a warranty expire on a brand new washing machine, and couldn't find the plumber's number. I had receipts in a kitchen drawer, reminders in three different calendar apps, and tradesperson contacts saved as "Dave 2" in my phone. I looked for an app that could track all of it in one place and couldn't find one that did it properly. So I built one. Kepthouse went through 3 weeks of closed beta with 40+ testers. I shipped 15 updates during that period — every major feature came from real tester feedback. Someone asked for calendar import, so I built it. Someone wanted to rate their tradespeople per visit, so I built that too. A tester wanted to track their cat's vet appointments — so now we have pet management. It's free to use (15 items, no sign-up) and it's Android only for now. I'd love to hear what you think and happy to answer any questions.
