Hey Product Hunt, We built KeepCard after seeing how much time and money ecommerce stores lose handling returns, refunds, and “where do I send this back?” emails manually. A lot of returns are not caused by broken products. They come from uncertainty, wrong expectations, changed minds, sizing doubts, or customers not realizing there is another option. KeepCard gives Shopify and WooCommerce merchants a pre-return recovery layer. Customers scan a QR card from the package, verify their order, choose a return reason, and before the request becomes an RMA, the merchant can show a targeted keep offer. Damaged or defective items still go straight to the normal return flow. The goal is simple: reduce avoidable refunds, cut support back-and-forth, and give customers a clearer post-purchase experience.
