We launch Monday. What would make you trust an AI to reply to your customers unsupervised?

by

Hi all — I'm Abdullah, founder of Kasbly. We're launching here on Monday.

Kasbly is an AI employee for small commerce teams: it creates content, replies to customers on WhatsApp and Instagram, and closes sales around the clock.

Before launch day I'd rather have a real conversation than a pitch, so two genuine questions.

1) Where do current tools break down for you in Arabic? Most treat it as a translation layer. We handle it natively, including dialect, because that's what merchants actually speak to their customers in. I'd like to hear where others have failed you.

2) What would make you comfortable letting an AI reply without checking every message? Guardrails, human handoff rules, approval queues, something else? Every merchant hesitates here and I don't think anyone has fully solved it.

Happy to answer anything about how it works under the hood — it plugs into Salla, Zid, Shopify and WooCommerce, so it reads your real catalog rather than a knowledge base you maintain by hand.

It's free while we're in beta.
