Should a focus blocker close distractions that are already open?

While testing Karo, I noticed an obvious loophole: blocking future visits isn’t enough when YouTube or X is already open in another tab.

Karo now redirects matching open tabs as soon as a focus session begins—but I’m curious: does that feel helpful or too aggressive?

Would you prefer:

- Redirect open distracting tabs immediately

- Block them only when you return to them

- Receive a warning first

I’d love to hear how your ideal focus blocker should behave.
