Why Kantanban?

by

I was on LinkedIn and a small business was saying that just to add 1 more user to their Asana plan they'd have to upgrade to a much more expensive plan. At first I commented and directed them to kanboard.org. It's easy to install... if you've installed web software before. Then I thought, why not offer an easy way for people to start a powered kanboard without worrying about installation?

Kantan is Japanese for simple/easy. The ban part of course comes from kanban, Japanese for signboard. So, Kantanban is a simple kanban tool (aka project management).
