Kalisto - Grpc client with built-in scripting environment

The grpc client solves 2 main problems. It gets rid of long objects like protobuf.Timestamp, instead you can use `new Date()` or may be a string RFC3339. Second, you can script your user flow and get a result.

It's a really nice moment when it's launched. Huge work is ahead, it's an early beta. I have 1 user, it's me and it's really good that I can improve it based on my needs. But ofc it's nice to hear others' opinion what I can do better there.
