We built Kalenux SEO Audit because technical SEO audits are still unnecessarily fragmented. A website owner may use one tool for broken links, another for PageSpeed, another for schema markup, another for indexing issues, and yet another platform to understand why pages are not performing well in Google. For developers, agencies, SEO professionals and business owners, that quickly becomes expensive and time-consuming. Our goal with Kalenux SEO Audit is simple: crawl a website and provide one technical SEO analysis covering the issues that can affect crawling, indexing, rankings, search visibility and increasingly AI-driven search discovery. So, what does Kalenux SEO Audit actually do? It crawls your website and evaluates it against more than 240 technical SEO checks. The audit looks for problems such as broken links, redirect issues, canonical errors, incorrect hreflang implementation, missing or problematic schema markup, indexing problems, internal linking weaknesses, metadata issues, crawlability problems, Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed and other technical signals that can influence how search engines understand a website. We also wanted to think beyond traditional SEO. Search is changing. People are no longer discovering information only through a list of blue links. They increasingly ask questions directly to AI assistants, answer engines and AI-powered search experiences. That means websites need to be understandable not only to traditional search crawlers, but also to systems that retrieve, interpret and summarize information. This is where AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization, becomes important. AEO is about making website information easier for search engines and AI systems to understand, retrieve and use when answering a user's question. Strong technical SEO remains the foundation, but factors such as structured data, semantic clarity, crawlability, internal relationships between pages and clearly organized information are becoming increasingly important. Kalenux SEO Audit therefore looks at many of the technical foundations that support both SEO and AEO. For example: • Can search engines crawl the important pages? • Are pages accidentally blocked from indexing? • Are canonical URLs implemented correctly? • Does structured data help machines understand the content? • Are internal links clearly connecting related pages? • Are redirects creating unnecessary crawl paths? • Are there broken URLs that waste crawler resources? • Is hreflang correctly communicating international versions? • Are important pages technically accessible and understandable? • Is the website fast enough to provide a strong user and crawler experience? • Are there technical problems that could prevent content from appearing correctly in search engines or AI search systems? The idea is not to generate a vague “SEO score.” We want to show the actual technical problems, explain what they mean and help website owners understand what should be fixed. Another reason we built the tool was accessibility. Many professional SEO platforms are extremely powerful, but they can also be expensive or overwhelming if somebody simply wants to understand what is technically wrong with their website. Kalenux SEO Audit is designed to make that first technical analysis much easier. You enter a website, the system crawls it, performs the checks and gives you a technical SEO report covering the areas that need attention. We are building this for: SEO professionals performing technical website audits Developers checking websites before or after deployment Agencies auditing client websites Website owners trying to understand why their organic search visibility is weak SaaS companies monitoring technical SEO problems Publishers managing large content websites E-commerce businesses with thousands of indexable URLs And anyone preparing their website for the future of search, including AI search and answer engines. This is also only the beginning. We are continuing to improve the crawler, expand the number of technical checks and make the reports more useful for both humans and automated systems. Traditional SEO, technical SEO, structured data, website performance, search visibility and Answer Engine Optimization are becoming increasingly connected. Our objective is to build a tool that helps website owners understand all of those technical foundations from one place. If you try Kalenux SEO Audit, I would especially like to hear which technical checks you find most useful and which SEO or AEO issues you would like us to add next. Thanks for checking out what we're building. — Emir Founder, Kalenux
