Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Santhosh, co-founder of JournalX. I'm incredibly excited to share our first product with you all today. This has been a challenging and rewarding 2-year journey for us. As our first startup, it was a massive learning curve where we made plenty of mistakes. But each one forced us to rewrite, rethink, and constantly reimagine what a trading journal should be. Launching today feels like a huge milestone. We started JournalX because the tools we used just didn't fit a trader's complete workflow. They were designed almost exclusively for post-trade review, completely ignoring the critical work that happens before a trade is placed. Traders need support from the initial idea and planning, through execution, and all the way to review. So we built JournalX with two core principles: 1. Cover the Full Lifecycle: From creating detailed trade plans to executing and journaling with rich data. 2. Simple, Powerful UI: We believe powerful tools don't have to be complicated. We weren't shy about taking inspiration from the best-in-class apps out there to create an experience that feels intuitive and seamless.
