Ohh great idea, this is going to scrap the hustle of raising capital from founders, as a founder, I think this is gonna help me a lot . I’m so excited to try it. Does it work for only the EU Market VCs and Angels?

 our setup complies with EU regulation, but it is possible for EU funds to raise from foreign investors as well.
However we cannot support just about any fund in any market, yet ;)

Congrats on the launch! Europe has incredible startups and scaleups, so anything that makes it easier for founders to raise funds and scale across the continent (and the world) is amazing!

Having a real AIFM and EUVECA license in-house and turning that whole complicated process into simple software is such a inspirational move!

Wish Korea had an equivalent… the barriers for new funds are almost the same here.

First fund customer here! European regulations are impossible to navigate and Roundtable is the only fund admin to make it bearable :) The team is reactive at all times.

The legal/compliance stack for fund launches in Europe has been a blocker for years. Nice to see someone actually building around it rather than just consulting on it. How are you handling reporting requirements for cross-border distributions?

 Great question! It will depend: some we handle ourselves, and some, such as US K-1s, we outsource to specialized thrid parties.

 Makes sense - K-1s for US LPs are a whole separate beast. Is the third-party layer visible to the GP or does it run behind the scenes?

 Yes, it's fully visible to the GPs (and they have access to the fund's annual account where they can see all of the fund's expense)
