What if companies had to apply to candidates instead?

Genuine question for this sub — would you actually use a platform where:

- You create an anonymous profile (no name, no photo)

- Companies see your skills and experience only

- They have to message YOU with salary upfront

- You decide who gets to know your identity

I've been thinking about how broken the current model is (we all know it) and wondering if flipping it entirely would actually work in practice.

The main objections I can think of:

- Companies won't bother unless the talent pool is big enough

- Senior people might use it but juniors wouldn't get attention

What am I missing? Would you trust something like this?
