Izzy Care for Enterprise - AI and blockchain platform for healthcare

Hi Product Hunt community! I'm Kenneth Colon - Director at Safetap, an NYC-based agency for digital health, and Co-Founder at IzzyCare. Since February, we've been focused on building out and validating our platform for use with healthcare IT companies and health systems. This past summer, we began seeing incredible traction establishing partnerships with healthcare organizations and even other startups to utilize Izzy in their operations and products! Izzy exists as either a standalone product, or more often, integrated into existing systems such as an electronic medical record (EMR) or practice management system (PMS), or embedded within other mobile/web applications. Essentially, Izzy communicates directly with patients to secure data such as family health history or other standard intake information, sync data from applications and wearables, and check in with patients between their appointments! On the backend, we secure this data via a private or public blockchain, and develop custom ML algorithms to enable health systems to utilize these data for predictive analytics and proactive healthcare. Though we've been out of stealth for some time now, and plan to go live soon with some of these partners in the near future, I wanted to share this project here on PH to let the community know about what we're doing, and hopefully gain some insightful feedback and maybe even explore some partnership opportunities :) More than happy to answer any questions!
