Keystroke Pro - Keypress visualizer for macOS

“Keystroke Pro” visualizes keystrokes in an unique way. It has an appealing look in light and dark mode with great contrast, features subtle animations and overall is the perfect companion for capturing tutorials, recording screencasts and performing presentations.

didn't see this comment. Already bought it. 😑
No problem—I just refunded your money. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the app! 🙂
Awesome! Bought it again. Thanks!
Who did the great demo video and animated logo / icon?
That was me, too. Glad you like it 🙂
Love the bouncy animations, . Is this primarily for those recording screencasts? Curious how people are using it.
I love the app! However it's not High Sierra compatible! Is that in the making?
Hey Leo, I’ve just checked that and the answer is yes! The next update of the app (v1.0.1) will be downwards compatible with macOS 10.13 (High Sierra). It will take a few days until the update is available :)
Did the High Sierra update ever happen? I purchased 1.0.1 and it is still incompatible. BTW, I've been looking for something this elegant for years.
Could someone explain why I would need this? It looks nice, but what's the use?
Hey – it’s especially helpful for education purposes. I’m recording a lot of tutorials where I capture my screen, so when I demonstrate an app and use app-related keystrokes, students can actual see them. I also use the app in class.
Sooooo good! Finally a great key caster app!

Your demo video was great. Covered everything I needed to know. I watched it and then bought it.

Pros:

Clean. Gives you the options you need. Looks great.

Cons:

Downloading and activating was a bit wokey. PDF, email with code, download app, activate. But nothing bad. Didn't take long.

I am not really convinced.
What can I improve to convince you? :)
Nice, looks useful for tutorial recording. Put the compatibility info somewhere on your marketing page, and on your gumroad. This is a huge pet peeve of mine — software promo that leaves off the compatibility info — I can't believe how many indie devs neglect this. Just say 10.6+ or 11+ or whatever. In any event, it looks like a good product! cheers.
