@Sara Idvorac Conversational Forms is the one that jumps out to me, that's usually where completion rate either goes way up or people bail halfway through if the flow feels weirdly chatty for a simple form. Did you test it against a plain multi-step form on the same audience before shipping it as the default option?

 That's a great question. We haven't run a direct A/B test against a traditional multi-step form yet. The main reason we prioritized Conversational Forms is that it was one of the most requested features from our users.

We also see it as another option rather than a replacement. Different use cases call for different experiences, so users can choose between a traditional layout and a conversational flow depending on their audience and goals. We'll definitely be keeping an eye on adoption and user feedback as more people start using it.

@Sara fair enough, letting it be a choice rather than a replacement is probably the right call until you actually have the adoption data. would be curious to hear later on which use cases naturally lean conversational vs which ones people stick with the classic layout for, once you have enough usage to see a pattern
