I would also like to have an ability to purchase an eternal license for the generated document, rather than eternally paying for one same document on monthly basis.
Evgeniy Chernyshov
It makes me think about long term plan - where 1) I purchase pro license, create docs and embed it now! 2) dream about the moment when can I stop using it 3) copy & rewrite & rework document myself or with hired lawyers 4) quit!!! So my question is - how would you motivate users to stay in long term?
Andrea Giannangelo
@evgeniy_chernyshov Hi Evgeniy, thank you for the feedback. We get this question a lot, so we've written an article that explains why our service is offered on a recurring basis: https://www.iubenda.com/en/help/...

What if the user stops paying for iubenda and manually copies resulting policies to their website. Are you going to sue them for copyright violation?
Andrea Giannangelo
@evgeniy_chernyshov It's a violation and yes, we must pursue it. Fortunately, the vast majority of users understand the value we generate for them, and this happens very rarely.

20% discount where is a code? ASAP
Andrea Giannangelo
@diego_calocero You can find it in the first comment. There was an issue with loading the code, but it's now solved and the discount works again! Let us know if you have any feedback to share : )

Iubenda makes it easy to set up privacy policies. Their support team is very responsive and open to suggestions about how to make the product better which I appreciate too. I believe they are planning to roll out an auto detection feature to automatically identify code on one's site that would correspond to one of the privacy policy disclosure widgets they provide but not sure where that stands. That will, I believe, be a game changer for iubenda as there is no one else in the space offering that feature.

@dreamerdad Thank you Hugh. We've recently released a first version of the site scanner, which does exactly what you suggested. It's still an early iteration and we're slowly expanding its features, but you can try it by generating a privacy policy, then "Add Service", then hitting the button at the top to scan your website. Try it out and let us know what you think!

The tool is very interesting and fundamental. I don't find it easy to use, I'd rather work with a wizard. Labels should be simplified for a target that is not very informed but needs a document in order.

@jcompagnone Hi Jose, thank you for the feedback. Can I ask you what kind of service/site you were trying to create the T&C for?
Red Ape Media
Awesome, this worked great. When I added Terms to one of my sites though it used up 4 license spots, is that normal?
Andrea Giannangelo
@redapemedia Yes, T&Cs require 5 license slots, as opposite to the 1 required for the Pro license. You can check out some pricing FAQs here: https://www.iubenda.com/en/pricing (at the end) I know we are asking significantly more, but we hope you can perceive the value in return.
