Great Product! Definitely the best partner for freelancers, startups, small businesses or just anyone running an online business. I've been using Iubenda since 2014 and created many privacy policies, cookie policies and cookie banners in just a few clicks. And now they finally came out with a GDPR solution. Their consent solution API seems to be the perfect tool to use to manage the GDPR situation. I strongly suggest Iubenda!

Feature Request: We are in Canada and as part of our compliance requirements for PIPEDA and CASL the burden of proof for opt-in is on the data holder. What this amounts to is that we need to keep records of when opt-in occurred. It would save us a lot of work if iUBENDA kept a version history, so that we could tie time and date of opt-in with policy version.

Hi Romi, this is actually already a feature of the Consent Solution (), that we are adding to the documentation by the time we finish testing it. We'll definitely send a notification to anyone who has purchased the solution, or check the documentation for the Consent Solution in a few days if you don't want to purchase in advance. The way we've designed it is the following: - You'll have a /legal_notices endpoint in the API that allows you to load new versions of your legal documents, set an identifier (privacy_policy, terms, etc) and get a version in the callback - We will do this automatically for the iubenda privacy/cookie policy each time the documents are updated from our dashboard - When saving a consent action, you have available the legal_notices {} property, and for each legal document the user has been presented with you can specify its identifier and version, using "latest" if we should just use whatever version is the latest at the time What do you think? Also, some more info about the specific requirements that apply to you would help us tweak the whole solution better, so don't hesitate! :)

Professional solution, iubenda has IT and legal skills combined, which is a mix you cannot find in just Legal Consultants or in IT consultants.

The thing is that these mandatory actions such as GDPR are very painful milestones that each company has to face. This is very stressful and potentially very expensive; through iubenda you can bypass lawyers and private consultants, having a very easy-to-use, cheap and clear vision of WHAT you have to do and HOW to do it. Saving money and time...
