I’m Thibaut, a French founder with 6+ years in affiliate marketing and SEO.
A few things I’ve built:
gptchat.fr: I launched it when ChatGPT was brand new and barely known in France. It ranked #1 on Google, peaked at 70k+ visits a day, and was monetized with AdSense (CPC around €0.25, so volume did all the work 😅)
Dating sites: built and grown through affiliate marketing, which taught me everything about conversion funnels and what makes people click, or leave
Now I’m building Hotflow: a link in bio that starts a conversation instead of showing a list of buttons. Creators’ fans hear their voice, chat in one tap, and get a reply at any hour.

Welcome to Product Hunt! 70k visits a day on a 25 cent CPC is wild, volume really did all the work there. I haven't launched here yet either. I've spent about two months just commenting and getting to know people first, because nobody here knew me. If I could tell my past self one thing, it'd be to start that a lot earlier.
