The tool for teams IT locked out of documentation extensions

Hi Product Hunters,

I'm Fabian, a solo founder from Nairobi. Everyone told me a screen-to-documentation tool needs a Chrome extension. I built mine without one.

Easy Scribe runs in your browser, nothing to install. You record a task once. It transcribes your narration, captures screenshots at the right moments, and generates a step-by-step guide: SOPs, user guides, acceptance criteria, release notes. The free tier includes full export and PII redaction.

I kept hearing the same thing from QA teams, sysadmins, and support engineers: "we want a documentation tool but IT won't approve the extension." So I built what they were asking for. The people who needed it most were the ones IT had locked out in the first place.

If your team can't install browser extensions but still needs to keep docs up to date, what's your workaround today?

We're launching v2 on PH soon. Happy to connect with other builders working on tools for locked-down environments.
