Solo founder who fell into US company formation after fixing a friend's $800 mess

Hey guys,

I'm Li, a solo founder figuring things out as I go.

I didn't set out to build a company formation tool. A friend spent 2 months and $800 trying to register a US LLC for his SaaS — wrong state, wrong entity type, 8 IRS phone calls. I helped him redo it in one week for $250. That experience stuck with me.

No grand manifesto. No "we're disrupting the incorporation industry." Just someone who fell into this problem, couldn't unsee it, and decided to build the tool I wish my friend had found on day one.
