I’m Haritha, a solo founder currently building WorkZo AI — an AI recruiter simulation platform designed to make interview practice feel more realistic.

Before this, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Zoho and later transitioned into Data Science and AI. I’ve always been interested in the gap between “learning skills” and “performing under real interview pressure.”

That’s what led me to build WorkZo AI.

Instead of only asking generic interview questions, I’m experimenting with:

  • recruiter memory

  • interruptions

  • follow-up pressure

  • trust shifts based on answers

  • realistic recruiter personalities

Still very early and learning every day, but excited to build in public and connect with other founders here 🚀

Hey Haritha, love the concept...making interview practice feel like the real thing is such a needed upgrade! The memory interruptions and recruiter personalities sound especially cool. I'm also building an AI‑powered flashcard app called The Sponge that helps turn any content into spaced‑repetition study material, which could be handy for interview prep.
