👋 One restaurant, one current AI company, and one upcoming coffee brand later...
Hello everyone! Just joined Product Hunt and would love to connect with some like-minded people! My name is Cecilia and am currently working at Talentium - a Stockholm-based AI company. We're building a platform where recruiters can prompt for candidates that matches their requirements, regardless if the data is public or if it's coming from a CV or from their talent pools.
Aside from working in the start-up world for my whole career, I've started a restaurant together with my parents in my hometown which is now one of the best rated restaurants in that city! And now I'm currently working with my sister to launch a Vietnamese coffee brand in Sweden, finalizing the details. Been doing a bunch of random stuff throughout my life, like moving to Vietnam for a year, studying wine tasting at Stanford, and much more.

Restaurant with your parents, a job at an AI company, and a coffee brand launching with your sister, that is already three different worlds pulling at your attention before Talentium client work gets added on top. I run a software company alongside a care home and a cafe, and the part nobody warns you about is not the work itself, it is that each one goes quiet on you at a different pace, so you never build one single habit for checking in on all three. Genuinely curious, once the coffee brand launches, are you planning to run all three the way you do now, or does something have to change shape once there are three real businesses pulling on you instead of one job and two side projects still forming. I ended up building something for exactly that stretched thin moment, FounderFlow, watching all three of mine and telling me which one actually needs me first each day, happy to compare notes if the same gap shows up for you once coffee goes live.
