Hi everyone, I'm Precy, Founder of KONNECT, a workspace for strategy execution. Before this I spent years working as an organizational strategist, and the pattern I kept running into is well built strategic plans quietly disconnecting from the people executing them once the kickoff meeting ends. That's the exact problem KONNECT is built around.

I've been following the launches here the past few weeks, mostly around org strategy, workspace, and consulting tools. Am curious what this community thinks: for founders building a tool out of your own domain expertise, where's the line between what becomes a product feature and what stays your personal judgment call, the thing no tool replaces?
