Making Compliance Less Painful
Hi Product Hunt. I work in legal ops and compliance, mostly around data workflows, vendor reviews, approvals, and internal risk controls.
I'm interested in products that help teams move faster without losing context: clear ownership, audit trails, retention logic, approval history, and practical documentation that people can actually maintain.
A lot of compliance pain comes from waiting too long. Something starts as a quick workflow, becomes recurring, then suddenly nobody remembers who approved it, what data is being used, or whether the vendor was reviewed properly.
I’m here to find tools that make those conversations easier earlier, not heavier later. Especially interested in legal-tech, privacy ops, AI governance, vendor risk, and workflow automation that respects real-world constraints.

Hello Mai, This resonates a lot. The "nobody remembers who approved it" problem is real.
We are building CoID on the business identity side of this. The idea is that a business builds its profile once and shares it with counterparties on demand, with a full audit log of every share and the ability to revoke access at any time. So rather than vendor reviews starting from scratch each time, the credential travels with the business.
Audit trails and clear ownership are core to how we have built it. Curious whether the pain you see sits more on the vendor side proving themselves, or on the internal side tracking what was reviewed and when?
Hello, Mai. Would you like to introduce more pain points in compliance scene? I don't have too much experience in this topic, but I think the most important thing is that the context lose in the chat. The company system can not capture the signal.
