I'm Onur: I built "customer-in-the-loop" for AI agents

Hi, I'm Onur. I was born in Türkiye and grew up in Norway. I'm 31 (the golden age) and a father of one. I would like to say hi and show what I am building :)

I think AI agents will shape businesses and our lives. But to be useful, they need a way to talk to customers, so I built formbase.so.

As you know, customers are lazy. They forget, and they get things wrong. Sometimes they speak a different language.

For a business, it matters to reach as many customers as possible, reduce drop-offs and show off its brand.

Businesses already have most of the information about a customer, and AI can pull out what matters for each person.

formbase is my attempt at "customer-in-the-loop", where most of the customer-facing stuff like reminders, translations, branding, signatures and payments is taken care of. The AI, or your favorite automation tool, just sends one request and decides what to do with the answer.
