My name is Sabber, and I'm based in Dallas, TX. I'm the solo founder behind HealthOS — and honestly, this has been one of the stranger things I've ever built.

My background is in signal processing, applied to healthcare diagnostics. Years of working with acoustic data taught me something I couldn't un-know: our voice produces an enormous amount of signal every time we speak — cognitive load, vocal strain, fatigue, stress, mood, and countless other markers — all acoustically measurable, often days before you'd consciously name them.

The problem is nobody built something ordinary people could actually use daily. So I did.HealthOS is a 2–5 second voice check-in. You just talk — no script, no performance. It extracts signals from your voice: energy, fatigue, stress, mood, confidence, cognitive load, vocal strain, social engagement, and future orientation. All on-device. Your voice never leaves your phone.

The patterns it surfaces are the part that surprised even me during beta.

We're currently in beta and I'd love brutal feedback from this community — especially from anyone in high-pressure work who has genuinely tried to track stress and found every existing solution too much friction.
