Hi PH, I work in travel tech and I'm here to learn how you all think about trust

Hi everyone. Moritz here, based in Germany, working in travel tech and marketing.

I've been reading the forums for a while and finally made an account. The thing I keep coming back to on this platform is how openly people talk about what didn't work, which is rarer than it should be in my corner of the industry.

What I spend my time on: the gap between people planning something and people actually paying for it. Travel is a brutal place to study that because the purchase is expensive, non-refundable, and emotionally loaded, so every trust problem shows up magnified.

Looking forward to being useful in the comments. If anyone here is building in booking, payments, or anything where the user has to hand over real money to something automated, I'd like to talk.
