Hi everyone, I’m Alex. I’m building COR5, a small handheld device that gives athletes a quick readiness check before they train. We’re in the pilot stage.

I’ve been lurking here for a while to see how other hardware founders handle launches. For those of you who’ve shipped physical products: did you launch on PH before you had units in people’s hands, or wait until you did?
