Hi everyone, I m Alex. I m building COR5, a small handheld device that gives athletes a quick readiness check before they train. We re in the pilot stage.

I ve been lurking here for a while to see how other hardware founders handle launches. For those of you who ve shipped physical products: did you launch on PH before you had units in people s hands, or wait until you did?
