I’m Casey, the founder of Traction by Tightrope Studio.

I’m building Traction with my mom, and the idea comes from real life for us.

I’ve worked in sales, digital advertising, real estate marketing, fitness, content creation, and local studio growth. Over and over, I saw the same pattern: small businesses are told to post more, follow up faster, get reviews, track leads, run offers, understand revenue, and somehow know what is working — but all of those pieces usually live in different places.

Content lives in one tool. Leads come in from another. Follow-ups get missed. Reviews are disconnected. Revenue tracking is separate. And business owners are left guessing what to do next.

I also know what it feels like to rebuild from a hard season personally and professionally, and that shaped the way we think about Traction. We wanted to build something practical for people who are trying to create momentum, not just manage another dashboard.

Traction is our attempt to bring content, lead capture, follow-up, local visibility, revenue tracking, and AI guidance into one focused growth workspace.

The goal is simple: help small businesses turn visibility into booked revenue.

We’re still early, still building, and learning constantly. I’m here to connect with other founders, learn from people building in public, and meet anyone interested in small business growth, AI workflows, local marketing, or founder-led products.
