Hi from a founder working on the AI pilot-to-production problem
I'm a founder at Gaper, just figured it was time to say hello properly.
Quick version of what we do:
Most companies we talk to are stuck at "we should be using AI" but have nothing actually running. The gap is never ambition, it's execution. So we work as an AI-native implementation partner. We take one painful workflow a company already has (support tickets, finance close, lead routing, intake), build a production AI agent into their real stack on OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini, prove the savings, and hand over code they own. Not another demo that stalls in a sandbox.
The thing I've learned the hard way:
The hardest part isn't the model, it's picking the right first workflow and getting it past the pilot stage into something a team can actually run. I'm here to learn from other founders shipping in the AI space, trade notes on the pilot-to-production problem, and support launches where I can. If you're building something, drop it below, I'd genuinely like to see it. Happy to answer anything about agents, build-vs-buy, or how we scope that first workflow.
