Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Diptanil - Building Bookuvai

Hello everyone 👋

I'm Diptanil, a full-stack software developer and founder from India.

I've spent the last several years building software across different products and working with real-world codebases. Over time, I became increasingly interested in what happens when AI moves from being a coding assistant to actually becoming the core of the entire software development lifecycle.

That curiosity eventually led me to build Bookuvai.

The idea is simple, but the problem is surprisingly hard:

Can you describe the software you want and have AI take it from requirements all the way to a working, tested and deployable product?

Not just generate some code.

It should actually understand the requirements, plan the work, build it, test it, find what broke, fix it, iterate and let you see the result and eventually ship it.

I'm currently deep in that problem and learning a lot along the way — especially about AI agents, development harnesses, testing, orchestration and where AI-generated software still falls short.

I'm also getting ready to launch Bookuvai here on Product Hunt, so this feels like a good time to finally introduce myself.
