Welcome to Product Hunt! I checked out the app listing, and alerting you before an overdue order turns into a complaint is the right moment to step in. Talking to store owners directly is the way to go, I think. My clients use my tools every day and I fix what they ask for the same day, and that's been the fastest way for me to learn what actually matters.
