I run ShipWithYuki, a small design studio focused on helping founders turn messy, half-formed product ideas into clear, structured experiences people can actually use.

I've been building quietly for a while now, working with founders across healthcare, fitness, hiring, and real estate to figure out why their products lose users and what to do about it.

One specific thing I offer is Clarity Audits, structured design reviews that show you exactly where your product breaks down for a new user and why. But mostly I just help founders think through their product more clearly before they build more of the wrong thing.

Currently 5 weeks into a 10-week growth sprint to build ShipWithYuki in public. Figured this was the right place to share the journey with people who actually get what that means.
