👋 Hello! Product Hunt, I'm Ohe, I build Tintio, a social writing workspace, in Korea.
Most intros start with a product. Mine starts with a number: 100+.
That's how many software projects my team and I have shipped for other companies, across Korea, Japan and English-speaking markets, in logistics, education, manufacturing and finance.
I've been a developer for 15 years. Nearly all of that time went into other people's products. I'd ship, hand over the keys, and move on to the next one.
Here's what those years taught me: building was never my bottleneck. Talking about what I built was. I had ideas for posts all the time, usually in the middle of something else. By the evening they were gone. When I did sit down to write, I faced a blank page, and then rewrote the same point three times for three channels. So I mostly posted nothing. For a company that lives on being found, that's expensive.
Chasing that problem became Tintio, a writing workspace for people who run X, LinkedIn and Threads alone. It's in open beta now.
But this post is mainly to say hello. I'm new to this community and late to building in public. Over the next few weeks I'll share what the beta teaches me, including the parts that don't work.
A question for everyone: if you came from client work or a day job into your own product, what was the hardest habit to unlearn?
Glad to be here.
